Gig Harbor Park and Ride, Pierce Transit. Archer was the general contractor, providing all services from grading and paving to completing the structures.

Grays Harbor Community College, Grays Harbor, Absher Construction general contractor. Archer excavated and built a 30 ft. high, 300 ft. long soil nailed shotcrete wall. In addition to extensive site excavation for a new building, a storm retention vault, and underground utilities were also completed.

Washington Light Industrial Park, Tumwater, Department of Natural Resources. Archer Construction provided site preparation and underground utilities for the 23 acre site, the cut and fill involved 100,000 cu. yds. of material, with the installation of over 3 miles of water main.

Jo-Ann Fabrics And Crafts, Bellevue, Foushée Associates, general contractor. Archer's role in the remodel included excavation and utilities.

Valley Center, Auburn, Foushée Associates, general contractor. Archer Construction provided all of the site infrastructure including utilities with the special installation of a storm water lift station with 2 - 100 hp. pumps.

Rainier Park, Sumner, with Panattoni Construction as general contractor. The complete industrial project occupies over 70 acres, 8 buildings, and a combined 250,000 square feet of building pad. The finegrade operations totaled over 600,000 square feet.
